Pratim Pathak

Founder
Pratim started Build.Club when the private markets in terms of capital flow and talent supply drastically started correcting and it became clear that large expensive teams, with inflated compensations and poor skill fit, are not conducive to sustainable long-term business building, especially in the early stages. The objective from the inception has been to bring in high-quality effective teams, at reasonable commercials who can plug in and start playing from day zero, thus eliminating the need for super-expensive teams and the added frills!
He has worked across multiple startups in the core teams from the inception days and has led critical mandates across GTM, Revenue and Fundraising. Pratim was a VC Investor with pi Ventures where focused on early-stage investing in AI, Deeptech and Enterprise startups. He is deeply involved in the startup ecosystem through various private syndicates, angel investments and advising seed-stage startups.
Pratim is a graduate of BITS Pilani. He serves as an Investment Committee Member for BITS Spark, PIEDS and various Startup India schemes.
Agni Chatterjee

Agni comes with over 14 years of experience, having impacted more than 45 brands across 8 countries in Retail, FMCG, BFSI, e-commerce, IT/ITES and D2C businesses. He is obsessed with customers and his strength lies in creative strategy and growth hacks that unlocks opportunities especially in businesses today who are obsessed with Data and misses out on finer details of customer psychology.
After mastering the art and science of CX and Marketing with BCG, Agni was instrumental in launching CX scorecard for Swiggy that has raised the bar of customer backward mind in India.
Agni is an MBA from IMI, New Delhi and has worked with BCG, Swiggy, Citibank, Emami, etc. to name a few.

Eric has over 15 years of diverse experience across consumer and enterprise brands in eCommerce, tech-enabled retail & distribution, financial services, enterprise-technology, health & wellness, and F&B industries. He boasts a track record of achieving sustainable and cost-effective business growth even in the face of challenging constraints, utilizing a comprehensive mix of customized GTM channels. Having contributed to 3x-10x revenue growth while working for companies like Akamai, Flipkart, Gionee, HCL, and Storeking, the former Founder of Faydabox specializes in Sales, Business Development, Growth, Partnerships, and Strategy. He has a profound interest and expertise in nurturing and scaling ideas from 0 to 10.
